In this role you will manage our learning system as we prepare for implementation and continue to enhance the system as we move into the future. 

Some of what you'll do:

• Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of statewide policy and procedural frameworks governing the training system
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration
• Evaluate statewide learning operations, identify systemic gaps and operational risks, and implement sustainable process improvements
• Lead strategic continuous improvement initiatives
• Direct the configuration and optimization of Washington State Learning Center functionality

The Portability Administrator will design and launch the out-of-state benefits model that will allow WA Cares participants to access benefits across the country—and ultimately around the world. This role is built for a senior leader who has experience architecting complex programs across jurisdictions, enjoys working in uncharted policy and operational territory, and wants to shape a model that could influence public benefit design nationally.
