We are registering a diverse range of qualified providers to serve WA Cares beneficiaries. Registered providers will use the Health Care Authority’s ProviderOne website to create pre-authorizations and submit claims for payment.  We will discuss what is ProviderOne, how to use the site, how to create pre-authorizations and more.

Becoming a registered provider for the WA Cares Fund

Beginning in July 2026, eligible Washingtonians can use their WA Cares Fund benefits. Providers are essential to making WA Cares work. We will register qualified providers to offer our covered long-term services and supports to eligible beneficiaries.
