Hours & support

Both call centers are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We are closed on weekends and state holidays. Language assistance and other accommodations are available. TTY/TDD users can dial 1-800-833-6384 for Washington Relay Service.
