Innovations Program Manager

You’ll lead professional-level business analysis and project coordination efforts, while collaborating with executive management, implementing legislative mandates, and shaping transformative systems and policies that impact thousands of lives.
Applications and Transitions Business Program Manager
In this role, you’ll serve as the division’s lead and subject matter expert for benefit transitions and the intake system. Reporting to the Benefits Innovation Unit Manager, this position provides strategic direction and operational leadership to ensure the system effectively supports WCF’s mission, policy objectives, and statewide service delivery goals.
