Community Partner Training Program Manager
This role is both strategic and hands-on. You will guide the full lifecycle of external partner training — from identifying learning needs of our community partner organizations to developing statewide plans, coordinating delivery, reviewing data, and improving content over time. You will help build a repeatable, scalable training program that supports Area Agencies on Aging, the Community Assistance Network, and other community-based partners as they prepare for full WA Cares Fund implementation.
