Provider Resource Program Manager
In this role, you will oversee the development and implementation of WA Cares Fund provider network operations across the state. By streamlining policies and procedures, building shared expectations, and assisting in the development and negotiation of contracts agreements with AAAs, you’ll help meet critical goals. This engaging role requires a strong ability to review and monitor deliverables, evaluate program effectiveness, and make informed decisions.
Beneficiary Appeals Program Manager
In this role, you will establish the rules, policies, and procedures for beneficiaries to appeal determinations made by WCF and implement a statewide program for the appeal process. You will support regional staff in setting a consistent statewide standard for appeals while leading long-range planning and development of our appeals program. You will work closely with WCF leadership and various stakeholders, including state agencies and partners, to ensure the appeals process follows all state standards and legal requirements and will serve as our subject matter expert for beneficiary appeals.
