Social and Health Program Consultant - Eastern Washington
As a Social and Health Program Consultant for the WA Cares Fund, you will support and train staff, and provide consultation, interpretation, training, and technology assistance to all supervisors and staff. You will act as a liaison between local, regional, and headquarters staff, and/or cross-agency partners, and represent the region on statewide committees providing consultation, training, planning and coordination, and policy input. You will need to dedicate significant time to development to ensure compliance with department expectations, quality assurance, and policies related to the implementation and ongoing management of the WA Cares Fund. Additionally, you will work with community providers and advocates to educate and improve access to service delivery for clients.
Contracts Specialist
As part of the contract unit, you will manage the statewide contracting process for WA Cares—supporting the creation, oversight, and execution of personal services, interlocal, and competitive procurement agreements. You’ll serve as a Key Contract Coordinator (KCC) with delegated authority, provide policy guidance, establish procedures, and collaborate closely with legal and program staff to ensure contract quality and compliance.
Administrative Assistant - King County
As the WCF Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a wide variety of administrative support directly to WA Cares regional administrator, deputy regional Administrator and regional executive leadership team, including, but not limited to the following or to achieve program goals and ensure smooth office operations. Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive administrative support, drafting professional correspondence, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel plans. Additionally, you will assist with personnel administration, ensuring employees have the resources and support needed to excel in their roles.
Benefits and Customer Care Program Manager
In this pivotal role, you'll report to the WA Cares Fund Deputy Director of Operations and be responsible for developing and communicating the business requirements and needs of the public and other users when they contact WA Cares Fund. The role will focus on user experience as innovative systems and processes are being developed that support application for WA Cares Fund benefits, including the internal workflows for the contact center console

Quality Assurance Consultant
Some of what you’ll do
- Complete QA process reviews of WCF activities statewide in compliance with policy, WAC and RCW.
- Use a variety of methods to determine case accuracy, evaluating the effectiveness of the system to minimize risk.
- Provide professional consultation to promote excellence in service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state requirements and consistency in policy interpretation.
- Lead your QA team during process review cycles, including acting as a liaison between QA and field staff, fostering relationships with our customers, and ensuring the review is accurately and thoroughly completed.
