Provider Training Curriculum Developer
The Provider Training Curriculum Developer, is a pivotal role as a subject matter expert in curriculum development and WCF staff training, focusing on provider-related topics. You'll drive the creation and refinement of innovative training materials and eLearning policies, ensuring alignment with WCF rules and policies. Your expertise will fuel the research, design, development, and administration of web-based curricula tailored to WA Cares providers, leveraging modern methodologies and adult learning principles.

As the WCF Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth office operations. Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive administrative support, drafting professional correspondence, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel plans. Additionally, you will assist with personnel administration, ensuring employees have the resources and support needed to excel in their roles.
Provider Policy and Network Development Program Manager
In this role, you will serve as a vital member of the WA Cares Fund and the unit’s designated subject matter expert for WA Cares Fund Provider Network collaboration with the Health Care Authority’s ProviderOne system and functionality, as well as policy development to build an adequate provider network to serve WA Cares beneficiaries.
Specialty Contract Manager
You will have the opportunity to oversee essential provider contracts, ensure compliance, and contribute to equitable and impactful care solutions statewide. You will use your creativity, collaborative mindset, and legal expertise in contract writing to influence policies, implement monitoring processes, and elevate program integrity. This role has statewide scope and will utilize a hybrid telework schedule within the state of WA.
