Learning System Program Manager
As a Learning System Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our staff receives high-quality training aligned with accessibility requirements and best practices.
Here are some of your key responsibilities:
- Training Policy Subject Matter Expertise: Collaborate with Regional Administrators, our partner agencies, beneficiary policy teams, and provider policy and training teams to create policies and procedural guidance for the statewide WCF learning system.
- Learning System Administrator: Serve as the WCF learning system administrator, which includes tasks like creating permission sets, adding learning material, accessibility auditing of learning material, proper storage of materials, and troubleshooting.
- Skilled Workforce Support: Work closely with statewide points of contact to support a well-informed and skilled workforce. Contribute to long-range training planning and goal development.
Provider Policy Unit Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a new policy for the WA Cares Fund provider network, focusing on risk assessment, operational standards, and service rates. It involves creating procedures for provider selection, registration, and billing, while also addressing provider shortages through strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop workforce policies, address new requirements in RCW 50B.04 and RCW 74.39A, coordinate with ALTSA experts to support strategic decision-making, and analyzing the impact of policy changes on other divisions. Additionally, the position entails identifying gaps in existing provider policies and ensuring compliance with relevant statutes and regulations.
