Data Manager
As our Data and Outcomes Manager, you will use your experience and expertise to guide key program outcomes and data development projects to inform statewide strategic planning and meet reporting requirements in WA State’s Long-Term Services and Supports Trust Program. You will also oversee the production of complex reports for use by program management, the state legislature, business partners, and program oversight bodies. The official workstation is in Lacey, but most work can be performed from any city in WA state, as a hybrid telework schedule is available.

Customer Service Specialist
This is a unique opportunity to be one of the foundational team members of the customer contact center as we build and launch the nation’s first long-term services and supports social insurance program. In this role, you will provide timely and accurate responses to the general public, providers, private long-term care insurers, employees, and advocates who are contacting the Department of Social and Health Services to learn more about WA Cares Fund.
